Trailer Talk - Ghostbusters
So the new Ghostbusters trailer is out...who ya gonna call? Not-the-original-Ghostbusters Ghostbusters, apparently.
At first I thought the female characters were new additions to the already fantastic team. But no, they ARE the team...*sigh*
Not that I am against female protagonists in movies. It is just that the old characters were etched into my mind so deep. They were so likeable that I can't even imagine some other male replacements, let alone a bunch of obnoxious women. The remixed theme and the SFX is awesome though. Sadly, there is nothing much else to say other than to keep our fingers crossed. I am trying to keep an open mind. We'll have to see how it goes.
